Studio Policies
Client Expectations
Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late you risk the appointment being cancelled and losing your deposit.
Please text the studio phone on arrival and wait in your car until you receive a reply. We do not have a waiting area, and we may be with another client.
Strictly no children
Strictly 18+ only for tattooing
I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Please bring valid photo ID to your booking, failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.
Deposits
A non refundable deposit is required for every appointment. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours from the time a booking date has been offered.
Your deposit comes off the appointment price on the day.
Deposits are transferable if you have given 48 hours of notice of needing to reschedule your booking.
Cancellations & reschedules
Any cancellations or reschedules must be made 48 hours before your appointment - anything after this will result in loss of deposit. You may reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit, more than one reschedule will require a new deposit.
A 100% fee will be charged to clients who fail to show up to their appointment. A 50% fee will be charged to clients who cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hour's notice.
Parking
Please use my driveway or directly out the front on my house (not the neighbours grass). Please do not block the footpath.
